Sewer:
Customers are billed monthly. Automatic payments are available directly from your checking or savings account through our ACH program. Contact our office for more information.

The current rates for the sewer company are as follows:

Tapping Fee: $6,900.00

Connection Fee: $4,100.00

User Fee: $70.00/Month/EDU (Equivalency Dwelling Unit)

Late Fee Penalty: 30% of Monthly User Fee

Late Fee Interest: 10% Annual (.083%/month) of unpaid balance


Water:
Customers are billed quarterly.
The current rates for the water company are as follows:

Tapping Fee: $900.00

User Fee: $106.00/gallon for 0-5000 gallons of water usage/quarter
$.0145/gallon for each gallon over 5000 gallons of water usage/quarter

Shut Off Fee: $80.00

Turn On Fee: $80.00
